Skill Development Programs and Groups
H.E.D.C. OFFERS
HEDC offers life skill classes and support groups including anger management groups, coping skill groups for dreaming groups, parenting groups, and many others. We provide anyone with a complete weekly schedule for all groups in classes they can attend. We understand that being homeless can be a mentally and physical debilitating experience and can lead to the development of depression, anxiety, and other mental illness. In addition, many folks enter our organization with a history of mental challenges. This is why HEDC has referrals for Clinical Department designed to help our clients become more emotional stable. We can also connect clients with psychiatrist medication services if necessary. .
